About me

As a singer-songwriter I love creating soulful and dreamy melodies, mixed with experimental and progressive harmonies and beats.

My life full of artistry, singing, performing and most of all touching people with my music has always been at the core of my creative activities. This feeling reached its first peak with my first band "Barbara Motive", which I founded while I was studying jazz singing at the MUK University in Vienna. This project also gave me a lot of songwriting and stage experience I use in my work as a solo artist these days.

My songs are infused by my reflections on deep personal emotions, social values, self-consciousness, and spirituality, or said in another way, by moments in life that just move my heart.

I am currently working on my first album as a solo artist with pianist and producer Angel Vassilev, which I will release in Spring 2025.
